I have read many books on the mind body connection but even to this day, Molecules of Emotion, remains one of my favorites. After reading it for the first time, I knew that focusing on emotions and how they effect our skin and health is where I wanted and needed to take my practice.

EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique EFT is a powerful technique used by thousands of doctors, psychologists, therapists, and healing professionals worldwide. It is fast- and the results are often dramatic and long lasting. In fact, it often works when nothing else will.
